Paul Rohacek, C.R.

Paul Rohacek, a graduate of the Alternative
Therapy University in Woodridge, IL has been practicing the Ingham method of reflexology for nearly fifteen years. In
addition to holding a private practice, Paul has lectured and taught reflexology and currently holds the position of research
director for the Reflexology Association of Illinois.
Therapeutic reflexology is a complementary biological, integrative health science, through which an
exercise pressure is applied to reflex areas, formed by 200 nerve endings in the feet. This encourages improved instruction
to each and every single gland, organ and part of the body, thus persuading the body to biologically correct, strengthen,
and reinforce itself to reach a state of normalization and balance. Reflexology, with it's unique ability to counteract
the negative, destructive effects of stress, can put you on track to better health today! Following any type of Dis-ease,
the body's in a state of in-balance. Reflexology will restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium and
encourage healing-treating the whole person, not just symptoms.
REMEMBER, BETTER HEALTH IS ONLY A FEW FEET AWAY!

Tina Coleman has been a massage
therapist since 2002 and has practiced in Oklahoma, Kentucky, California and Illinois. She has studied metaphysics and
taught for six years completing course work in three levels of full time study. She has taught yoga for large groups
and individuals. Her current passion is Thai Yoga Therapy aka Thai Massage which she has studied in Illinois and California
completing over 250 hours of training and coursework in Northern, Southern and Commoner styles of traditional
Thai, and clinical and hands free therapy work. Thai is a modality that focuses on creating balance in the body
through yogis stretching, muscle decompression and joint traction; this helps to combine her love of massage work and yoga
in a challenging and nurturing modality. A large portion of this therapy is done 'hands free' with walking
styles. By utilizing the feet and leg muscles, it provides deeper work for the client in a non-invasive style while using
traditional Thai style called 'Commoner'. Tina is a certified Thai practitioner.
Coleman
is also one of six practitioners in the Chicago area certified in Fijian Massage, which focuses on using the
feet to perform all of the bodywork. Fijian Massage is performed with lotion/oil to create the effect
of a deep Swedish massage. This method is beneficial for those wanting the deeper massage work without the
risk of injury. Fijian bodywork is an excellent way to relax and release the stress of the day.
